I want to know: Is there any way to view all generated tickets and invalidate them ?

Yes, you can view all the tickets generated by you.
But only HOD can view the tickets of their department and can invalidate them. There are few criteria to mark the status of tickets like waiting, reopen, closed, closed and locked etc. To invalidate, go to full Menu >Ticketing and click on particular ticket.
