How can a Company Admin deploy an item under Asset Management module?

Location wise deployment of items is known as Deploy Item. In this section, Company Admin can deploy or categorize different items on the basis of multiple locations. As per its functionality, first, go to Manage Item screen under Asset Management module. Click ‘’Add New’’ button to create a new item. A new screen to create item will appear in which four different tabs, i.e. ‘’Create Item’’, ‘’Deploy Item’’, ‘’Related Information’’ and ‘’Attachments’’ will appear. Now, click on ‘’Deploy Item’’ tab, a new screen will appear. Enter the details in the given fields such as Location, Quantity, Model, Manufacturer, Item Cost, Order Date, Invoice Number etc. as per requirements. Click ‘’Add to List’’ button to add the item to deployment list. From ‘’Deploy List’’, click ‘’Save’’ to deploy item. If you want to cancel the details, click ‘’Cancel’’. The deployed item will be displayed on the listing screen.
