Hi, I was wondering if we have the ability to let users categorize their time further in a task. For example with Toggle we are able to use TAGS to further define how the initiative fits within our Brands and Regions.

As of now we don’t have the feature of Tags. It is in the pipeline and is anticipated to be available in 2014.

Also – is there a way in which we can download Screenshots captured by the system? And are there any storage limits?

For the Screenshots you will have to save the image manually from work diary.

Right now you have one GB of storage data. If you need more then you can buy it from the subscription module. Also when you register with your credit card the storage in your account will be increased to .5 GB per user.

Ok Ted, Do you have a real-time dashboard to see what users are working on at that moment in time? Like Hubstaff? If so how do I access it?

Kate, To view the real time work being done by the users, you can go to the time tracking screen and click on the "Team Status". Over there you will be able to view current time entry of the user(s).
