Hello Shawn,

Thank you for contacting us.

Go to Hiring and click Job Board Layout Settings. Enter the details in the fields as per your requirements. Select the color of the Font and Background. Select the URL that will be redirected to a job form which will be filled by the applicant. The External Link will be generated by the system. It is created in the configuration set. Enter the Header Text and Footer Text in the box. Click Submit to submit the form.
