I see you offer "social" user chat? What is it? What are its benefits over email?

Here is the reply for your query.

Social user chat is is a chat program which you can use to communicate with your clients.

A big advantage of using the Chat over email is that your clients do not have to log into their email to talk. If they are logged in Talygen, they can speak with you.
